Grafton’s Taste of Chocolate Is a Sweet Experience

The Christmas season in the Meeting of the Great Rivers region is in full swing Saturday, Dec. 2 along the picturesque streets of Grafton during the annual Taste of Chocolate.
Sponsored by the Grafton Chamber of Commerce, dozens of local volunteers and confectionery connoisseurs melt their way into Grafton Winery & Brewhaus from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., bringing their sweet skills to a limited number of guests.
The decorative desserts are made with extra effort, then pre-boxed. Each ticket-holder receives a package of homemade chocolates, coffee and hot cocoa.
Tickets for Taste of Chocolate are $10 each at the door, or can be had for $9 in advance online at www.graftonilchamber.com or in-person at the following locations:
  • Alton Convention & Visitors Bureau, 200 Piasa St., Alton.
  • Grafton Winery and Brewhaus, 300 Main St., Grafton.
  • Jeni J's Gift Shop, 210 W. Main St., Grafton.
  • Jersey State Bank, 14 E. Main St., Grafton.
