There’s no better way to appreciate award-winning wines than on the bluffs overlooking the confluence of the Mississippi and Illinois rivers. Lounge back at a riverside winery in Grafton, just a short trip from Alton, because you have all day to let your chardonnay air out or top off your glass again with a chilled white zinfandel. Take a sip and appreciate the gorgeous view from high up on the banks as you watch boats and barges navigate the river.
